Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before 15 days: No retention will be charged.
• Cancellation received less than 15 days prior to arrival: 100% retention will be charged on the reserved room rate.
• This policy is not applicable during the festive period (Diwali, Christmas, New Year), long weekends, marriage, and group bookings.
• The amount is non-refundable, and no date modifications or rescheduling will be allowed.
